It was worst staying there property was not cleaned the room was plasterr broken and falling and i even called property manager he just sent cleaning boy and he left and i asked for room replacement or bedsheet replacement they deined saying it's clean, window was broken as well as the cupboard.

dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, poor customer service, issues with cleanliness, malfunctioning amenities, noisy environment, inadequate facilities, location problems, delayed room service, and a lack of responsiveness to guest concerns

pls don't come here.....first of they asked us to carry luggage from ground floor to second floor that too using stairs having no lift..no towels or soap provided even after telling 3-4 times...dirty linen, bedsheets...dirty bathroom.....behaviour of staff terrible...I shocked to believe that how a staff can talk so arogantly....pls don't come here as u ll get better option in the same price....they charged for a room that worth not even 500...

The worst service i have ever experienced! there's no match between the property shown and the actual property. Not even the basic facilities like proper ordinary room. The colour on the walls was foaling when touched. Bucket and mug in the bathroom were broken. The sheet on the western toilet came out in my hand when opened. Such a terrible experience first time in my life.

i book room there is no issue for booking room. Stay in the room is my big mistake full waste of money room condition is to poor i took 2 hours extra time so they changed for me 200 rupees extra charge
